Come fall they make a metamorphic transformation to nine months of group oriented business. 12,000 square feet of meeting place and a kitchen that can serve 900 meals makes this feat possible. The T Bar M logo may be a cattle type brand, but it isn’t a brand name in the marketing sense. Captain Kirk can’t help you negotiate anything here. (Their prices are moderate anyway. You have seen the signs, but may have understandably mistaken it for the tennis ranch next door or T Bar M Summer Camps that share the same property. ‘Property’ is such an urban word. 160-acre ranch on the edge of New Braunfels in the Texas Hill Country is a better description.
